Matcha latte, a combination of authentic Japanese green tea and plantbased milk. Matcha powder is the basis of this latte, very high in antioxidants and caffeine. The powder is made from finely ground leaves of green tea plants. At ANSH46 Cafe we use the authentic preparation method of matcha tea using the bamboo whisk. Matcha combined with steamed foamy plantbased milk creates a healthy and energizing drink. The matcha latte is served in our small glassware in the cafe or drink it on the way in our ANSH46 to go cup.
