All orders are shipped with DHL, including On Demand Delivery service. Place your order before 17:00 on working days and your order will be shipped out the same day. Delivery normally takes 1-5 working days depending on your country.

Within Europe, we ship on DDP terms (delivery duty paid): all duties and taxes are included in the price on the invoice. Outside Europe, we ship on DDU terms (delivery duty unpaid); VAT is deducted from the original price.

A signature will always be required. Accepting a third party’s signature is sufficient proof of accepted delivery. Questions? Email customercare@ansh46.com with your order number.
