Return Policy

At ANSH46, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

Returns can be requested within 30 days of your order's delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

All returns must be initiated through our returns portal — please do not send items back without submitting a request first.

Enter your order number and email address to sign in.
Select the item(s) you'd like to return and choose a reason.
Generate your prepaid return shipping label directly from the portal.
Pack your item(s) securely and attach the label to your package.
Drop off your package with the specified carrier.

Once we receive and process your return, you'll be notified by email. This may take up to 2 business days from the date your return tracking shows delivered.

Return Fees

A return shipping fee of €10 applies to domestic returns and will be automatically deducted from your refund when you generate your label through the returns portal. International return shipping fees may vary by destination.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fee. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or color where stock is available. Once your return is received, we'll process your exchange right away. To request an exchange, select this option in the returns portal when submitting your request.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, please submit your return through our returns portal within the applicable period. This right of withdrawal is in addition to, and does not limit, the return terms described above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at customercare@ansh46.com within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve this at no cost to you.
