ANSH46 Return Policy
For ecological and sustainable reasons ANSH46.com chooses not to work with printed return labels or pre-printed information in every package. We ask our clients for understanding in the well-being of the nature state of mind.
IMPORTANT, ANSH46.com works from the physical space ANSH46. Because of this reason, items may be tried on in an earlier stage. This might be visible on shoe soles or possible other product details. Obviously, we will make sure that the product will always to be considered new and unworn. Unworn in this matter may be tried on, at an earlier stage. We carefully ask for your understanding.
Please follow these guidelines
We would like to make you aware that all costs incurred for returning the products are at all times for the customer. This applies to the shipping costs up to a new shipping package.
To return an item to us, you must first request a return authorization.
You can request a return through our Customer Care team by providing your order number at customercare@ansh46.com.
Upon approval, you will receive a return label from us. You can then send the package to :

Customers bear full responsibility for all aspects of returning orders, including arranging shipping, covering all associated costs, and ensuring the safe delivery of the items back to our facility. Ansh46 cannot be held accountable for any lost or damaged shipments during the return process.
PLEASE NOTE: All international orders made from outside of the European Union must be declared as a "GIFT OR RETURNED GOODS" when shipped back. In the event that this is not done, ANSH46 will decline the the package at customs and will not be liable for any costs related to the shipment.
- The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
- Please note: Final Sale and special release items are not eligible for return.
- Any purchases exceeding 50% discount may not be returned.
Footwear: when trying on footwear for the first time, we ask that clean socks be worn. Please make sure to test the footwear on a carpeted surface, so as not to damage the soles. The dust bag and/or shoe box must be returned alongside the footwear, in its original condition. Please be sure to place the shoe box inside a shipping box so as to prevent damages during transit.
Intimate apparel and swimwear: must be returned unworn, and with the original hygienic protection sticker still intact. This applies to lingerie, hosiery, underwear, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, etc.
Face Masks: in the interest of hygiene, face masks and face coverings are considered final sale.
Apparel: all original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric.
Self-care products (fragrances, face, body, hair, make-up): must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unaltered, and sealed.
Homeware category: must be returned with their original manuals, accessories, and manufacturer packaging. Phones and wearable electronic devices (such as digital watches) must have their protective screens intact. Should the product arrive wrapper-sealed, it should be returned in its original sealed condition. In the event that the battery of a product is physically damaged, altered, or removed from its original configuration, please refrain from shipping back. Instead, contact our Customer Care team for further instructions.
Damaged/defective items: if you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team so that they can help resolve the issue.
ANSH46 reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
When requesting a return, customers must ensure to keep the return postage receipt until the refund is duly processed by ANSH46. ANSH46 reserves the right to refuse any request for a return without this mandatory proof of return postage.
